Terrorismo Yihadista. Atentados y respuesta legal

Abstract

Mi trabajo de fin de máster va a tratar sobre el terrorismo yihadista, haciendo referencia a los atentados y su respuesta legal, así como el delito de terrorismo en otros aspectos. Me parece importante profundizar sobre este tipo de terrorismo, debido a la repercusión que tiene en la actualidad, sobre todo en Europa, en el mundo occidental, por lo que el presente trabajo lo iniciare con una introducción sobre los delitos de terrorismo y las modificaciones sufridas hasta nuestros días. Seguidamente analizo el atentado de Madrid de 11 de marzo de 2004, haciendo referencia a la reforma de la LO 2/2015, de 30 de marzo. Finalmente, expondré una serie de atentados yihadistas perpetrados en EEUU y Europa.

My end of master paper will analyze the jihadist terrorism, making reference to their acts of terrorism and its legal response, as well as the terrorism crime in other different aspects. I consider it is important to go in depth into this type of terrorism, due to the impact that it currently has, mostly in Europe, in the world western, so that I will start this paper with an introduction focus on terrorism crimes and the changes experimented until today. Next, I analyze the terrorism act in Madrid as of 11 of March of 2004, making reference to the 30 of March reform of the LO 2/2015. Finally, I will be presenting a series of jihadist attacks perpetrated in the United States and Europe.
