El derecho penal militar tras su reforma en el año 2015

Abstract

El presente trabajo, tiene como finalidad continuar el estudio de la Justicia Militar en España, en especial, tras las recientes reformas acaecidas en la materia, con la entrada en vigor del nuevo Código Penal Militar, mediante la Ley Orgánica 14/2015 de 14 de octubre. Tras abordar el Derecho Penal Militar de una forma general en el Trabajo de fin de Grado, en esta ocasión nos centramos principalmente en el análisis de dichas novedades, muchas de las cuales venían siendo demandadas por la doctrina tiempo atrás y finalmente realizaremos una serie de conclusiones sobre estas, y sobre el posible futuro que se vaticina a la Justicia Militar en nuestro país.

This essay has the target of continuing the study of Military Justice in Spain. Specially, after the recent reforms which have taken place recently on the subject due to the new Military Penal Code which came in effect through organic law 14/2015 on the 14th of October. After Generally addressing Military Law at the final degree Project, now we will focus on the analysis of the new laws, most of which had been demanded by the doctrine long ago. Finally, we will develop a number of conclusions about them and about the possible future to come to the Military Justice in Spain.
