Abstract
En este trabajo hablaremos del Delito de trata de seres humanos, además, haremos una aproximación al concepto y a su desarrollo histórico e internacional. Explicando la diferencia entre otros delitos que tienen similitud pero, son diferentes. En último lugar, hablaremos de la problemática que su investigación plantea relacionándolo con la jurisprudencia
 
In this academic work, we will explain the crime of trafficking in human beings, as well as, we will approach the concept and its historical and international development. Explaining the difference between other crimes that have similarity but, they are different. Finally, we will define the problems that his research poses in relation to the jurisprudence.
