Abstract
En este escrito, estudiaremos la situación legislativa del aborto en España. Para facilitar esta labor, hemos dividido la actividad en dos partes: Por un lado, analizaremos la historia española sobre el aborto hasta hoy, incluyendo un apartado especial a la legislación de 2015. Y, por otro lado, haremos un estudio del tratamiento que en la actualidad recibe el aborto en los países europeos más cercanos a España en niveles socioculturales.
 
In this paper, we will study the legal situation of abortion in Spain. To facilitate this, we have divided the activity into two parts: On the one hand, we will analyze the Spanish history about the abortion until 2015, including a special section to the current legislation. And on the other hand, we will study the treatment that currently receives the abortion in European countries closest to Spain in a social and cultural level.
