Análisis de las diferentes religiones presentes en nuestras escuelas públicas: comparativa entre Cataluña y Andalucía

Abstract

La libertad religiosa es un derecho fundamental que implica, entre otras cosas, la opción de cada ser humano de elegir libremente su religión o de no elegir ninguna. Una de sus manifestaciones es la enseñanza de la religión profesada, ya que el artículo 27.3 de la Constitución Española establece como deber de los poderes públicos el garantizar a los padres que sus hijos reciban la formación religiosa y moral que esté de acuerdo con sus convicciones. A lo largo de los años, todos los partidos políticos que han formado parte del gobierno de la nación se han dedicado a establecer normativas educativas muy dispares, sin llegar a una solución en lo relativo a la materia de religión. En la actualidad, la normativa vigente sigue provocando posturas enfrentadas, al no tener en cuenta toda la diversidad religiosa existente en nuestro país.

The religious freedom is a fundamental right that implies, among other things, the option of every human being to choose freely his religion or not to choose any. One of his manifestations is the education of the practised religion, since the article 27.3 of the Spanish Constitution establishes as duty of the public power to guarantee to the parents that his children receive the religious and moral formation that agrees with his convictions. Over the years, all political parties that have formed part of the Government of the nation have been dedicated to establish very different educational standards, without reaching a solution concerning the matters of religion. At present, the in force regulation continues provoking conflicting positions, on not having born the whole religious existing diversity in mind in our country.
