Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como propósito realizar un análisis comparativo entre la Libertad de Expresión recogida por la legislación española y estadounidense, teniendo en cuenta que estos Estados cuentan con dos sistemas legales diferenciados, como son el europeo continental y el anglosajón. Con este propósito, se contrastarán las leyes destacadas sobre la materia, así como la jurisprudencia emitida por los más altos tribunales de ambos Estados.
 
The present document’s aim is to perform a comparative analysis concerning the freedom of speech included in both the Spanish and the United States Constitutions, while considering that those countries are part of two differentiated legal systems, such as the continental European and the Anglo-Saxon. For this purpose, we will review this subject’s relevant laws, as well as the case laws issued by the Supreme Courts of each country.
