Abstract
La colección de platería de la parroquia de Valverde del Majano destaca por su elevado número (24) y variedad de tipos. Las piezas fueron hechas en Segovia, Madrid, Córdoba y Valencia entre los siglos XVI y XX, ambos incluidos. Un número muy elevado de ellas ha permanecido inédito hasta hoy. Predominan las de estilo barroco, con numerosas coronas y rostrillos que se usan para adornar las imágenes devocionales, siguiendo las directrices emanadas del Concilio de Trento
 
The silver collection of Valverde del Majano´s parish church stands out due to its high number (24) and its variety of types. The pieces were made in Segovia, Madrid, Córdoba and Valencia between the XVI and the XX century. A very large number of them have remained unpublished until now. Those predominating are the ones of the baroque style with numerous crowns and headdresses, which are used for garnishing the devotional images, following the guidelines issued by the Council of Trent.
