dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio analiza la proyección del principio de trabajo decente impulsado por la OIT en Latinoamérica. Ciertamente, se trata de un importante reto que supone la estimulación del empleo, asegurando el desarrollo de trabajos de calidad y en condiciones justas. Los Estados de la zona deberán, pues, velar por el desarrollo de unas relaciones laborales que permitan la ocupación de trabajadores en condiciones de libertad, igualdad, seguridad y dignidad. En este sentido, conviene indicar que el contexto económico y político actual permite entrever un período de nuevas oportunidades para conseguir el objetivo del trabajo decente. Sin duda, el desarrollo de los principios democráticos en las relaciones laborales tiene que ser el fundamento esencial que permita avanzar en la garantía del trabajo digno. Este objetivo permitirá igualmente garantizar la reducción de la pobreza y el desarrollo sostenible de la región. Este sentido, no cabe duda que se trata de un importante desafío político, que deberá aprovechar estas nuevas oportunidades. Dicha afirmación supone avanzar en el desarrollo sostenible y justo del sistema de relaciones laborales, integrando los nuevos factores presentes de carácter económico y social. Todo ello cobra mayor interés ante el impacto de la globalización económica en los países latinoamericanos, a cuyos efectos se analizarán las principales manifestaciones del fenómeno de la mundialización de las economías y se ofrecerá una visión de conjunto de los problemas actuales que afectan a toda la regiónes_ES
dc.description.abstractThis study analyzes the projection of the decent work principle promoted by the ILO in Latin America. This is an important challenge that involves the development of employment, ensuring the creation of quality work and fair conditions. Indeed, the States of the area must ensure the development of labor relations that allow the occupation of workers in conditions of freedom, equality, security and dignity. In this sense, the current economic and political context shows a period of new opportunities to achieve the goal of decent work. Undoubtedly, the development of democratic principles in labor relations has to be the essential principle for advancing the guarantee of decent work. This objective will also ensure the reduction of poverty and the sustainable development of the region. There is no doubt that this is an important political challenge for the region, which must take advantage of these new opportunities. This idea means advancing in the sustainable and fair development of the labor relations system, integrating the new economic and social factors present. This is becoming more relevant to the impact of economic globalization on Latin American countries. The main manifestations of the phenomenon of the globalization of economies will be analyzed and an overview of the current problems affecting the whole region will be presenteden
