Una nota sobre la dinámica de la financiación regional

Abstract

En esta nota se analizan las propiedades dinámicas del actual sistema de financiación y se comparan con las de su antecesor, prestando especial atención a la sensibilidad de cada uno de ellos al crecimiento de la renta y la población regional así como a la evolución de la estructura por edades de esta última.

This paper analyzes the dynamic properties of the current regional financing system and compares them with those of its predecessor, with special attention to the sensitivity of each to the growth of income and population and to the evolution of the age structure of the latter.
