Resumen
INTRODUCCIÓN
:
El Fútbol
-
Sala se
caracteriza
por su alta demanda fisiológica
.
pierna dominante. Las variables evaluad
as para establecer posibles cambios entre los
grupos fueron:
contracción isométrica máxima voluntaria
, dolor,
rango de movimiento
libre de dolor, volumen muscular y
actividad eléctrica muscular
. Además se realizaron
los
test de funcionalidad: Vertical Jump
, One leg Hop Y Sprints repetidos.
RESULTADOS
Y DISCUSIÓN
:
-
ejercicio constituida por estiramientos pasivos analíti
cos y
M
ovilización Neuromeníngea no genera resultados significativamente d
INTRODUCTION:
The futsal is characterised by its high physiological demand. This is
increased in elite sport, where the attached rhythm of the competition is accompanying
by the physiological component of the
player. The high level of demand could result in
a detriment of the physical ability and, with it, condition the appearing of a sport injury.
As measure in the pursuit of maintain the performance and avoid the injury, dozens of
recovery strategies have bee
n used in sportsmen, however the shortage of evidence
of its effectiveness with mixed results, make necessary the attention of the scientific
community to look effective strategies for the recovery, allowing in this way the good
sports performance, the red
uction of the injury risk and help to the achievement of the
success in sports competitions.
OBJECTIVES:
The objective of the present study was evaluate the Neurodynamic
Mobilization as possible method or strategy to the recovery of fatigue variables and
m
uscle damage induced by the physical exercise in sports, from the point of view of
physiotherapy.
SUBJECTS AND METHODOLOGY:
Consists in an experimental study in which
participated eleven professional players of futsal between 17 and 19 years old. In a
rand
om way, they divided in two groups. After the fatigue/muscular damage test, a
group (GC) received as recovery strategy passive analytical stretching of the rectus
femoris of the dominant leg. Meanwhile, the other group (GI), in addition to the
stretching,
received Neurodynamic Mobilization of the femoral nerve of the dominant
leg. The evaluated variables for stablish possible changes between the groups were:
maximum voluntary isometric contraction, pain, painless range of motion, muscular
volume and electri
c muscular activity. Besides, functionality tests were fulfilled: vertical
jump, one leg hop and repeated sprints.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION:
The present study suggests that the strategy of
recovery after exercise composed by passive analytical stretching and
Neurodynamic
Mobilization does not generate significantly different results from the obtained with the
recovery strategy just formed by passive analytical stretching in main and supporting
variables, and functional fatigue and muscular damage variables af
ter the physical
exercise. In this context, future ways of investigation are suggested about the
Neurodynamic Mobilization with a larger sample size and more prolonged in time.
CONCLUSSIONS:
Even the observed results, it cannot be possible determine
signif
icant changes that support the use of the Neurodynamic Mobilization as recovery
strategy after the high intensity physical exercise.
