Desconfianza y participación: la cultura política santafesina (Argentina 2014)

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo estudiar la relación entre ciudadanía y estado en la ciudad de Santa Fe, Argentina, a partir de la noción de cultura política. En este sentido, aborda las evaluaciones, creencias y percepciones que los ciudadanos realizan sobre el entorno político, considerando su relación con el estado (calificación de sus actividades y contraprestaciones), con sus pares (relaciones interpersonales y niveles de confianza social), y con las instituciones estatales y civiles a nivel global (confianza en los órganos de gobierno, de justicia, y en las organizaciones de la sociedad civil). La finalidad es identificar si nos encontramos ante una ciudadanía intensa, comprometida con las condiciones infraestructurales de la vida pública, o apática, influida por la desconfianza o la insatisfacción con respecto a las prestaciones del estado y a la estabilidad de los vínculos mutuos. This research aims to study the relationship between citizenship and state in the city of Santa Fe, Argentina, from the notion of political culture. In this sense, addresses evaluations, beliefs and perceptions that citizens make on the political environment, considering its relationship with the state (qualification of its activities and utilities) with their peers (interpersonal relationships and levels of social trust), and state and civil institutions (trust in government bodies, justice, and organizations of civil society). The purpose is to identify if we find a strong citizenship, committed to the infrastructural conditions of public life, or apathetic, influenced by distrust and dissatisfaction with the performance of the state and the stability of the interlinkages.
