Este documento se corresponde con el Proyecto Final de Grado. Tiene como objetivo exponer las distintas metodologías ágiles disponibles para gestionar un proyecto, y su aplicación a la gestión de proyecto destinado a la creación de un vehículo tipo fórmula. La elección de este proyecto se debe, principalmente a como podía aunar mis dos pasiones, el mundo del motor y la informática. This document corresponds to the Final Project. Is to describe the various agile methodologies available to manage a project, and its application to the management of project aimed at creating a formula type vehicle.

The choice of this project is mainly to how I could combine my two passions, the motoring world and computer. Currently in the world of motor requires large computer skills, allowing me to dream about work combining my two passions.

In this paper we will present, first, that are currently existing methodologies, as they are born and what types are. Subsequently, we will present that is Formula SAE, also known as Formula Student, once defined this will present the methodology used in the creation of a Formula SAE. Finally be exposed as managed the project of creating a Formula SAE, from the beginning, different phases until the competion.

Scrum Agile methodology is one of the best options for projects that need to have an agile mind, allow developing parts of the vehicle as small projector, and allow subsequent updates or changes. They describe what this method and the concepts that surround it, with the goal of being able to apply to the management of projects.
