Abstract
Estudio del cuento ATU 923 (El amor como la sal), y de sus valores simbólicos y antropológicos, relacionándolo con las dicotomías crudo / cocido y salvaje / civilizado. Se analizan sus coincidencias con otros cuentos tradicionales, y también con obras literarias como el Poema de Gilgamesh, la Ilíada, el Cantar de Mio Cid, El rey Lear y Robinson Crusoe. Study of the folktale ATU 923 (Love like Salt) and its symbolic and anthropological meanings, in relation to the dicotomies raw / cooked and savage / civilized. Analysis of concordances with a variety of other folktales, and with literary masterpieces such as the Poem of Gilgamesh, the Iliad, the Song of the Cid, King Lear and Robinson Crusoe.
