Abstract
Los canteros, encargados de extraer y labrar la piedra de las minas, cuidadosos en la preservación de los secretos de su oficio, siempre tuvieron su particular manera de comunicarse entre ellos. Este artículo presenta un vocabulario de la jerga de los canteros de Munilla (Burgos).
 
Quarrymen –those in charge of extracting and giving shape to the stones used as construction material– have always had a particular speech that help them preserve the secrets of their craft. This paper presents a vocabulary of the speech of Munilla (Burgos) quarrymen.
