Marroquíes y polacos en Madrid: actitudes lingüísticas

Abstract

Este artículo pretende acercarnos a las actitudes lingüísticas de dos de los colectivos de inmigrantes más representativos en nuestro país: marroquíes y polacos. Por medio de encuestas semidirigidas, y teniendo en cuenta dos variantes, a nuestro modo de ver, fundamentales, sexo y tiempo de permanencia en España, intentamos resaltar la singularidad de las actitudes lingüísticas de dos colectivos que, a pesar de tener muchas características comunes con otros grupos inmigrantes, el origen de sus lenguas, semítico y eslavo, difiere del español, así como sus prácticas culturales.

Moroccans and Poles in Madrid: linguistic attitudes. This paper examines the linguistic attitudes of two of the most important immigrant groups in our country: Moroccans and Poles. By semi-structures interviwes, and considering two important variables, sex and time of permanence in Spain, we highlighted the peculiar linguistic attitudes of both immigrant groups that, even if they share some charachteristics, they differs from the origin of languages, semitic and slaves, and from cultural habits.
