dc.description.abstractWe compare the results of the scores of efficiency by means of the methods DEA and SFA for a sample of firms of the sector Spanish retailer. The evaluation by means of Stochastic kernel and Sizer tool shows that the results are robust in the five used models. Indicating a loss of efficiency of the firms in the time.es_ES
