dc.description.abstractPartiendo de la idea de contemplar la obra cronística de Pedro López de Ayala como un todo coherente, aunque inacabado y sólo parcialmente conservado, este artículo propone un método de análisis y estudio de los textos basado en la clasificación de las funciones que el tiempo desempeña dentro de los escritos, prestando especial atención al período de redacción de las crónicas, a la naturaleza de su discurso y a la importancia del tiempo narrativo a la hora de aislar los contenidos del relato.es_ES
dc.description.abstractDeparting from the idea of contemplating Pedro Lopez de Ayala's Chronicles as the quite coherent one, though unfinished and only par- 219 tially preserved, this article proposes a method of analysis and study of the texts based on the classification of the functions that the time plays inside the writings, giving special attention to the period of draft of the chronicles, to the nature of the speech and to the importance of the narrative time for isolating the contents of the statement.en
