Integración sociolingüística en contextos de inmigración: marco epistemológico para su estudio en España

Abstract

El análisis de la integración sociolingüística de la población inmigrante es una de las más interesantes tareas a las que se enfrenta la Sociolingüística del siglo XXI. Estas páginas van a considerar tal análisis como su objeto de estudio final, a propósito del cual se plantearán unos objetivos generales y se determinarán unas tareas de investigación. La finalidad principal de este trabajo es crear un marco teórico de referencia para abordar el estudio de la integración sociolingüística de la población inmigrante en una comunidad de acogida. Esta labor se considera previa a cualquier trabajo de campo y a la propuesta de otros objetivos particulares en relación con el proceso de la integración sociolingüística.

The analysis of the sociolinguistic integration of immigrant population is one of the most interesting tasks of the 21st Century Sociolinguistics faces. These pages consider such analysis as its final object of study, with regard to some general targets and research tasks. The main purpose of this work is to create a reference theoretical frame to undertake the study of the sociolinguistic integration of the immigrant population in a reception community. This objective is considered previous to any other work on the field and to the proposal of other particular goals in relation to the process of sociolinguistic integration.
