La inmigración hispana en Italia : hacia una variedad de contado entre español e italiano

Abstract

El artículo aborda el tema del contacto lingüístico que se produce a raíz de la presencia de inmigrantes hispanohablantes en Italia, con especial atención al grupo peruano y al ecuatoriano. Se presenta una descripción de los patrones sociolingüísticos que caracterizan las situaciones de contacto en el contexto migratorio que nos ocupa, haciendo hincapié en los factores sociales y lingüísticos que resultan determinantes en los procesos de hibridación lingüística y alternancia de códigos. Finalmente se analizan los niveles más afectados por la variación y la transferencia.

The article explores the issue of the contact of languages that is produced as a result of the Spanish American immigration in Italy, with special reference to Peruvian and Ecuadorian groups. A description is offered about the sociolinguistics patterns related to the situations of contact of languages in this immigrant context, emphasizing the social and linguistics factors that cause the processes of linguistic hybridization and code-switching. Finally, an analysis is offered about the linguistics levels affected by variation and transfer.
