Abstract
This article is a brief overview and analysis of the rights of non-citizens in the context of human rights focused on racial discrimination and the lnternational Convention
on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. The concept of nondiscrimination is a fundamental aspect of international human rights law. Additionally, the
rights of non-citizens are protected through a series of international human rights instruments based on the principle of non-discrimination.
