Big data or business analytics are trending topics that companies need to handle appropriately within their usual activities. However, little change has been done in the courses of business statistics for undergraduate students of business or economics in Spain. In this paper, we analyze the courses in statistics that are taught to undergraduate business and economics students of our disciplines in Spain.
