This model is the answer for the growing environmental constraints to encourage new housing design strategies. The proposal achieves high density, flexible growth, environmental comfort and minimum fuel consumption. The proposal demonstrates too, the use of new analysis technologies and design concepts substantially to improve residential quality. The proposed model not only as a theoretical exercise but clearly intended to be placed on the market and to test the advantages of its design. On the other hand it makes no attempt to get a new version of "passive house" but something that is accessible to the general public and with a modern aesthetic. %K Integrated design %K High performance buildings %K Prefabricated construction %K Housing %K Energy simulations %K Diseño integrado %K Edificios de gran rendimiento %K Construcción prefabricada %K Vivienda %K Simulaciones de energía %K Arquitectura %K Architecture %~ Biblioteca Universidad de Alcala
