%X When you find out that you can improve the way you are teaching, because you realize that some objectives are not being reached, it is a good time to develop an action research. In this case, students did not have interest in reading and they found it very boring. I got some data to understand why they had not reached the habit of reading for pleasure and I decided to implement some changes in my daily activities. This was the first time I carried out an ARP following the steps that can be seen in the current article.
